Translator/Interpreter Training & Research

(翻訳者・通訳者の養成と翻訳・通訳に関する研究)

The educational branch of MTG-Yaku was established in 2006 to provide:

  1. Quick and easy access to a range of resources for students, educators, and researchers interested in Japanese-English translator/interpreter training and research; and
  2. Create an environment wherein philology students interested in becoming professional translators can observe and in some cases participate in professional translation projects (aka legitimate peripheral participation).
